Shipping Locations   
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.   

Order Processing Time   
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of order confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing relevant shipment details.   

Delivery Timeline   
Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.   

Failed Delivery Attempts   
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery, subject to applicable conditions.   

Damaged or Lost Shipments   
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the issue. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated as applicable.
